The company was founded in 2015, and in 2016 the Essi brand was created.

Today, customers can purchase kefir, bio-kefir, sour milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, kaymak, curd snacks, cheese, drinking yogurt, and natural fruit yogurts in stores across Uzbekistan.

With the goal of producing only high-quality products, equipment from Italy and Greece — meeting all European standards — was acquired. To ensure consistent quality control, full automation of the entire production cycle has been implemented.

To preserve the natural quality of the products, dedicated storage facilities have been established for direct delivery to consumers.
